Paschalina and Giannis’ Fairytale Wedding

Location: Thessaloniki, Greece

Paschalina and Giannis took us on a magical journey through their wedding story and pictures. Their love story is like the one from a fairytale or a script from a movie.

Their Story

They have been together since July 2012. The first time they met was not the actual first time for this lovely couple. Their story goes back to when they were kids, since they grew up in nearby cities. It took them a couple of dates to realize that they have actually met before, but many years ago!

Their first interaction took place at a beach bar in touristic Chalkidiki, in Greece. They were both there enjoying their summer vacation with their respective friends. Paschalina walked towards the bar area to ask for some napkins, as she had just been stained by a drop of ice cream on her clothes. Gianis, while enjoying his drink at the same bar area, mistakenly stepped on Paschalina’s foot. Paschalina got really angry with his action. A single stare was enough for him to realize how angry he had made Paschalina. Little did they know that this mistake would lead to a beautiful relationship and a wedding like a fairytale!

The Proposal

The proposal was quite eventful, too. It started with a romantic drive in the beautiful Likavitos mountain, in Athens, Greece. While sitting in the car, Gianis took out the ring box and proposed. The answer was yes!! Then Giannis took the ring out of the box and tried to put it in Paschalina’s finger. Unfortunately, the ring slipped from his fingers and fell somewhere between the gear box, the seats and the handbrake. They had to use the torch from the mobile phones to search for several minutes, before they could continue their romantic moment.

The Wedding

Their wedding took place in Thessaloniki in Greece. The wedding date was 9^th of July, the same day that they met in Chalkidiki. How romantic is that!
